'You may think' it’s awkward to speak up or call out your mates when you hear their sexist jokes, or perhaps see women harassed or being verbally run down by their partner.

Don't put yourself in an unsafe situation, but do be willing when its safe to call out bad behaviour when you see it so we can cut the link between a poor attitude and the bad behaviour that can result.
